To do "explosion-proof" work, it is essential to have a thorough understanding of explosive environments.
There must be three conditions for an explosion to occur:
One is explosive substances, including hydrogen, acetylene, methane, dust, flammable fibers, etc.
Second, oxygen (air);
Third, ignition sources, including electrical sparks, mechanical sparks, static sparks, high temperatures, light energy, etc.
An environment where an explosion may occur is called an explosive environment. According to the national standard for explosion
protection (GB3836), dangerous areas are divided into explosive gas environments and combustible dust environments based on the
state of the substances present in the area. Any place where explosive substances are produced, processed, handled, stored, or
transported may form an explosive environment.
